Offers and prices for premium subscriptions (also known as subscriptions), service subscriptions (e.g. pro account), the subscription services, the scope of the subscribed digital content and certain content that is available through subscription services can change without notice over time and depending on location (unless notice is required by law). Unless otherwise stated, price changes always apply from the next subscription period. If you do not agree to a change in the subscription, you can cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation conditions. Subscription or membership prices may include sales tax and / or other taxes. Such taxes, as applicable, will be collected by the party collecting payment for your subscription or membership; this can be Newsadoo or a third party. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific Subscribed Digital Content or the minimum amount of Subscribed Digital Content available. Premium subscriptions and other subscriptions can be canceled at any time by selecting this in the account settings. The subscription ends automatically after the end of the current month. The term of the subscription begins on the day of activation and is automatically extended for another month at the end of the month. Payments are due on the last day of the month and are usually collected within 7 days.

If it is not possible for us to carry out the payment method you have specified, we reserve the right to use one of the payment methods that we have saved for you.

If you buy a subscription or start a free trial version for a subscription, your subscription will automatically continue and you authorize Newsadoo (without further notification, unless this is required by law) to collect the then applicable subscription fee including taxes and one of the payment methods that we have saved about you.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOU ARE BILLED THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED. YOU AGREE THAT WE COLLECT THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE INCLUDING TAXES AND USE ONE OF THE PAYMENT METHODS WE HAVE ON STOCK FROM YOU.

If it is not possible to pay the subscription fees using the payment methods you have saved, your subscription will be canceled until you provide us with a new payment method. If you provide us with a new payment method and withdrawals are successfully processed before your subscription is canceled, your new subscription period begins according to the original invoice date and not from the date of payment.

You can use the settings in your account to change or update your payment method (s). We occasionally offer selected users various trial or other promotional memberships subject to this agreement, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offers. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for these promotional offers at our sole discretion. Trial members can choose at any time (through their account) not to enter into paid membership at the end of the trial period.
